Babysitting

Location: CMO office
Timeline: current Mission.

Caressa sat tapping her fingers on the desk waiting for Henry's arrival. Could he every be on time? She had a padd in front of her.

A few moments later he stepped into Sickbay and was pointed towards the office by the staff. "I know, I know, I'm late."

She rolled her eyes. " I am sure you know what I need. Given the current situation below, I need the kids to stay with you and Edra. I have hired a sitter for at night as to not turn things so upside down, but i am sure they will not turn down sleep overs. Everything you need is on the padd in case of my untimely demise." She smiled as she handed over the padd.

"Funny." He read it over quickly. "It isn't any issue having them stay. They'll all be asking for it by the first evening anyways." He paused. "About this whole situation down there. If you guys detect the first sign of trouble I want you all out of there immediately. We're going to keep transporter locks on you 24/7."

" I will watch my six. I have Brie and Vex so we should be good. This is a get in, gather, treat and get out. I have no intention of becoming a meal for a nasty virus." She grinned at Henry.

"I'd feel better if I could send Banks down with you but she's off doing an investigation." He gave a final nod at the padd. "Everything will be taken care of up here, I promise."

She nodded. " You have always got my back, child and work related. I really appreciate it."

"Good luck down there." He exited her office and returned to the Bridge.
