It had been a busy few weeks. School schedules arranged, quarters moved, hair pulled out, all going according to plan. She was excited but nervous to have the children on-board. She hoped that Edra and Henry were just as excited, but knew that it was a upheaval in their lives as well. She had separate rooms for the twins, something new for them. They had asked for it. Galena's was in shade of pastels, she had asked for books on stellar cartography and books on inter stellar species. Gavin's where done in jewel tones with his favorite Parrises Squares Champions from the academy on the walls. She didn't know what all this meant, but she was going to give them anything that was reasonable.

*Transporter room 3 to LTC Melanick*

Tapping her Comm, *Go ahead transporter room 3*

*Your children are getting ready to be beamed over, thought you would want to be here*

The butterflies started to kick in. She new she was a good mother, and a good officer. Now she just had to combine the two. She did not realize it until a couple of crew members looked at her strangely when headed down the corridor. She was practically running. The turbo lift doors opened and she just smiled at the transporter chief. "Thanks for letting me know." He nodded. *Mercurio ready for transport.* * This is the shuttle-craft Sky Runner, you may engage when ready.*

The typical shimmer and appearance to two young people happened. They were so much taller, and mature. Tears came to her eyes! The children jumped off the pad and into there mothers arms. "Oh my gosh you guys are so huge!" The children caught in her embrace, where nothing but questions. "Mom, where are we staying?" Galena looked at her mother with excitement. Do we have our own rooms? You are staying in our new Quarters on the officers deck and yes you have your own rooms. She looked at Gavin, he just smiled and looked like Henry for a moment. "I just want to know where they gym is, I need to practice." She just looked at her son. "Parrises Squares?" He nodded. ""I think your dad has something planned for you on that one. In fact, he is doing something special with each of you separately so you each have some time with him. " That got there attention.
She nodded at the transporter chief and headed out. The group were hand in hand as they took the path to there quarters.
